Giveaway Rules:
This giveaway contest is solely sponsored and independently run by Summer Indigo.
The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, associated or administered by either Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or Shopify where Summer Indigo is promoting it.
It is the sole responsibility of Summer Indigo to conduct the selection of the winner and store and track the information of the entrants. We use cookies to do so, and you agree to this via your agreement to opt in. Please review our Privacy Policy in the footer section if you want to know more. Should you wish to opt out you may unsubscribe at any time from the emails. Unsubscribing will be considered as a withdrawal on your part from the Holiday 2020 Giveaway as we will no longer be able to notify you. All contestants must remain subscribed through the end of the contest on December 20th 2020 11.50PM EST to be entered in the final drawing.
The Holiday 2020 Giveaway contest runs from October 14th 2020 at 12.00am EST till December 20th 2020 at 1159PM Est, when the sign-up page will become inactive.
The Holiday 2020 Giveaway is only open to US residents and includes free shipping within the Contiguous 48. In the even that someone from outside the contiguous 48 US enters the contest they can be included in the giveaway only if they are willing to pay for shipping of the item.
No purchase is required to participate, only a valid and active email subscription. One entry per person.
The winner will be drawn via a random number generator from all email-sign ups completed on the Holiday 2020 Giveaway sign up pages, forms and opt-in pop-ups at Summerindigo.com between the dates of October 14th and December 20th.
The winner will be announced on Sunday December 27th, 2020 via Social Media - Instagram and Facebook - and via email to the same email address that they registered with. Winner will be given 14 days to respond (deadline is January 10th by 11:59Pm EST) and accept the prize. In case the first winner does not respond to claim their prize by January 10th a second winner will be drawn who will be notified by email.
The Prize consists of a made to order custom piece of jewelry of the clients choosing, after consultation with Summer Indigo, owner and designer Christine King. The prize can be a set of bracelets, a necklace, a pair of earring etc. Not to exceed the value of $50.00 and also includes free shipping within the contiguous US.
