Summer Indigo Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and allow returns and exchanges for store credit, within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Store credit does not expire and can be used upon checkout of a new purchase via a personalized code we will provide you. We do not issue cash refunds.

Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card or code. Exchanges will be processed as soon as items are received. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, returned merchandise must be in unused and undamaged condition, in original packaging, and with tags attached, where applicable. Shipping is non-refundable and the cost of shipping the items back to us is your responsibility. Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, and or that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not qualify for store credit.

If you chose an exchange your new item will ship out to you once the return is received and we will provide you with a tracking number.

Please note that store credit does not apply to shipping, only to merchandise. Your personalized store credit code or gift card will remain in our system until used. If you misplace your personalized code or gift card info, just let us know it is always stored on our end, and we will be happy to re-send it when you are ready to order!

Custom Orders

We cannot accept returns on custom orders and do not issue refunds on those. However, you are allowed one free revision to the original design per item should you not be happy with the result of a custom order. 

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchange and Store Credit procedure:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will issue you a gift card or discount code in the value of the original amount paid so you can go ahead and order your exchange item. Your store credit gift card or code does not expire and can be used at any time in the future,

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced or regular-sale-priced items may be exchanged. Close-out items cannot be returned. 
These close-out items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page for your convenience and to avoid misunderstandings.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give out later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping of Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to Summer Indigo, 900 16th St Unit 302 Miami Beach US 33139

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS small package service, as it is reasonably priced and can be tracked. For larger packages, USPS Flat Fee boxes are the best option.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Some items are made to order and these will take a bit longer than in-stock merchandise.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
