We want you to be happy with your purchase and allow returns, for store credit only, within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be in unused and undamaged condition, in original packaging and with tags attached, where applicable. Shipping is non-refundable and shipping the items back to us is your responsibility.
We will issue a store credit, good for one year after date of issue via a personalized code that can be entered upon check out to receive credit in the amount due to you.
Store credit does not apply to shipping, only to merchandise. Your personalized store credit code will remain in our system until used or until it expires whichever comes first. Should you want to split the credit into more than one purchase, please contact us and we will gladly help you do so.
If you misplace your personalized code, just let us know it is always stored on our end, and we will be happy to re-send it when you are ready to order!
